Hello, my name is Jamil Moutran and I am proud to call Hudspeth County my home. With 21 years of experience in public service, I am humbled to be running as your dedicated candidate for Constable of Precinct 3.
Throughout my Public Safety career, I have served in various roles within Emergency Services. Most of my experience is in Law Enforcement. I am a highly decorated former Law Enforcement Officer, but I have also found success in Emergency Medical Services. As the Founder and Chief of Texas Rescue Patrol, the Founder and Chief of Desert Haven EMS, and the County Emergency Management Coordinator, I have been privileged to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.
While I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to serve various communities throughout my public safety career, my greatest blessings lie in my loving wife, Monica, and my incredible children. They share my passion for serving others and have chosen careers in public service as well.
